RQQ Round Robin Quilt Block

Below is a picture of one of the 11 blocks I completed for Rag Queen Quilters charity auction coming up in February. The round robin consisted of the ladies who have Accucut cutters, cutting the squares and snipping the fringes. The squares were then mailed to those of us who volunteered to sew the traditional "x" and add embellishments. The 11 I completed look like the one below with a 4" crocheted doily sewn over the "x" and a small pearl like bead hand sewn to the center of the doily. Click on the picture for a larger view. I have mailed my finished squares back to be pieced into a full rag quilt with the other finished squares.

The ladies in this Ebay group are very talented. The quilt will benefit a heart charity---just in time for Valentine's Day.
