Sassy Tote Too! E-Pattern and Mailed Paper Pattern

I created this pattern for those who have been asking for smaller purses. Finished tote will be about 6“H x 8 ½” W. Straps have about a 10” drop so that it doesn’t touch the ground if you like to carry your purse by the straps.
