Primitive Hand Shredded Corn Husk Christmas Wreath e-Pattern and Mailed Paper Pattern

You can use dry or fresh corn husks for this project. They will eventually dry and turn brown over time. Husk count is approximate, but to give you an idea, I used husks from about 60 ears of corn. You can buy dry husks (for tamales) in the foreign foods section of your grocery store as well. You may need more or less depending on the size and quantity of husks from each ear of corn. Diagram for husk placement onto Styrofoam wreath form is provided at the end of the tutorial. Finished size is about 14 inches in diameter. Use different decorations to decorate for different times of the year. This is such a fun project!
