I had a few hours to work on the pumpkin in my Halloween cross stitch project over the weekend. The progress is really slow right now. Some may think that late September is too late to start a Halloween project if you can't work on it steadily. However, I think you can work on seasonal projects whenever you want to. Holidays and each of the four seasons roll back around eventually, so even if this project isn't finished before this Halloween, I will have it finished before next Halloween. Halloween and Christmas are practically ongoing holidays as far as many people are concerned anyway. As the crafter, you decide when the best time is for you to work on seasonal projects.
