Happy Thanksgiving 2016 from Sew Practical, Mom and Pop Craft, eCraft Classes

Hi everyone,

I hope you're having a great day. I was able to deep clean both sofas and carpet in two rooms this morning. I'll clean some chairs and a couple more rooms of carpet this week. The family has decided to eat out this Thanksgiving, so I won't have to deep clean all the upholstery and carpet before Thanksgiving this year. Neither Mom nor I feel like cooking this year. I just wanted to get these front rooms cleaned so I can put our Christmas tree and other decorations out after Thanksgiving. I'll finish in hall and bedrooms next week.

I wasn't able to finish the Halloween cross stitch as I'd hoped to over the last two weeks, but I have put a good dent in it. I'll work on it as I have time until Thanksgiving then I want to start working on a Christmas cross stitch project. Ü

I promised you an update about the polyester all-purpose thread. I actually like it better than the hand quilting thread. It twists less, which means much fewer knots. I love how the Christmas quilt is coming along. I wanted to get pictures but I haven't had time. So, hopefully I can have a picture of the quilt and the cross stitch projects by the time I come back for another blog post in a couple of weeks.
